PC Girls Themeby ~meertielity

You would need to get Windowblinds to get this theme.
It's mostly pink, but that is PC's main color.
It still needs work, for it to be a better theme.
I'm really new to making themes, but it's really complicated.
The start butten is from PC's shirt, and it really glows. It wasn't easy making it glow.
I'm pretty much using my own theme that I made.
Although, it's not as fancy or nice as other homemade themes.
I hope I can get to completing it.

I need help with Skinstudio and fast.
